The cover can be found flat on both sides or in a textured covered with embossed images of Elvis on both sides

Pretty rough collection and certainly not the “hits”. It’s Burnin’ Love, Suspicious Minds, and random other non-hits.

The "Greatest Hits" of what is the operative question here. RCA Victor had already issued many hits packages for Elvis by 1981 but by chance none of them were exactly titled "Greatest Hits" so that wasn't yet taken. Here, they have "Burning Love" surrounded by non-memorable late studio tracks and a bunch of so-so live stuff. For a true, single disc "greatest hits" one is better advised to check out "Elvis' Golden Records" instead.
