Me están diciendo que la versión 140g es mejor que la de 180g solo por tener materiales reciclados??
No, no lo creo -
Out of the 3 EcoVinyl reissues this one sounds the best. virtually quiet throughout and very dynamic on my system. If this is a viable process going forward to recycle plastic bottles I am here for it.

Picked this up today and I'm blown away by the sounds quality. I once had a first pressing that I gave up years ago, and when I saw this in the shop today it brought back a lot of memories, so I grabbed it. I'm really glad I did. The sound is noticeably better than any other version I've heard.

Edited 8 months agoI just picked up this EcoRecord edition. Compared to my previous pressing, a Rainbo 2008 LP, it is not quite as loud in volume.
Plus the detail tends to be more defined...it is a really pretty close mastering but I think I prefer this one. Side 1 is pretty quiet,
side 2 has a some pops and snaps but nothing really objectionable. So far sides 3 and 4 are really quiet. All I can say is that the acoustic guitar at the end of Square One sounds better than on the Rainbow. I don't know if the vinyl was made from 9 plastic bottles but it is actually a very, very dark blue...if you hold it up to the light you see a blue color...as in a medicine blue bottle hue from the old days. It is very translucent vinyl...don't know how well it will hold up over time. I hope they press Music Of The Spheres on EcoRecord since recycled vinyl used for those pressings were very noisy.
I think I will have to get Eco-Vinyl Parachutes. -
This pressing sounds really good. This is the first version that I have been able to obtain on vinyl, but the mastering is done well compared to streaming on Spotify. There is a little more headroom present and the soundstage is more broad. The pressing itself sounds really quiet with a couple pops and clicks from here to there, but nothing that drastically ruins the listening experience. However, I'm not the biggest fan of double albums that come in a single sleeve (Red Hot Chili Peppers' Californication is another example) and the fact that the records came in thick paper sleeves, but nothing against Coldplay since they are trying to be as eco-friendly as possible (not sure if poly-lined inner sleeves are worse for the environment and produce more emissions during production compared to paper sleeves). Very happy to own this album on vinyl.

how's the sound quality of this album's Eco Pressing
does it uses the same masters as the original & reissues or does it uses diffrent ones?
