It's a quality early release in the Jazz breaks style which is basically background music... you wont be carried of in an abstract soup of audio craziness, but nearly all the tracks are 4/5 and some are 5/5... It's simple audio using very cool... dope, oldtimer movie, halfspeed HQ beats, samples, some jazzy riffs Aalllways thrown in, just enough to think... that's a nice tune, abit basic, and not enough to think... that's some funky crazy future jazz... except funky porchini with their pussycats and carwrecks album which briefly figures here, which is more complex audio. That said, these tracks are ULTRA-good for brief appearences in mix sets, and are a perfect basis for remixes and mix mash ups... very good stuff. This was Ninja Tune in full stride as a relatively small and rapidly growing indy label in 1995.
