🔮💀🕯 A perfect album! This album gets no respect and I can't figure out why. This is the best Burzum album in my apparently worthless opinion. The fact that Belus gets reviewed better than Fallen blows my mind, but whatever. Anyway, a truly genre-defying late-career masterpiece. The vocals are a great mix of harsh and Goblinesque (Susperia) whispers that haunt the whole record. If you cant appreciate the truly mesmerizing spellcasting riffs (all of which were played on a shitty Peavey guitar) then I can't help you.
