This is how vinyl should be done these days. Flat, quiet, dynamic. The bass shakes your windows and Kendrick practically jumps out of your speakers to rap in your ear. This is the definitive way to hear this album. -
This pressing sounds fantastic! Cut loud, great bass, lush production and beautiful gatefold cover on thick card stock.

Does anyone know where this black vinyl version was pressed? Would someone be so kind as to post the runouts? -
The sound quality is leaps and bounds above the 2012 pressings. Nice colour vinyl, heavy weight and flawless playback. Highly recommended. Also quite nice to have the album in its entirety as intended without bonus tracks. -
Edited 2 years agoOne thing to note here. This 10th anniversary edition does not include The Recipe, Black Boy Fly and Now Or Never. I would've bought it anyway because I wanted this cover and also because I have the original deluxe on vinyl, but pay attention to the track list if you want The Recipe etc.
