This variant:
- Labels are 6-eye Columbia mono with "Made in U. S. A." printed at bottom rim.
- Pressed by Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute as denoted by the 'T' in the runout.
- Like all covers through the 1970s, the back cover incorrectly lists the track order as "Flamenco Sketches" (B1) and "All Blues" (B2).
- The B side label lists the tracks in the CORRECT order: "All Blues" (B1) followed by "Flamenco Sketches" (B2).
- This pressing has a large outer deep groove pressing ring.
- On the labels, the album title is in larger and thicker all caps type on two lines above the artist name which is in smaller all caps type - both above the spindle hole.
- A single "- M. Davis -" songwriting credit is printed underneath the track listing on both labels.
- The back cover has a "4" printed at the lower right back corner, which denotes fabrication by Imperial Packing Co., Inc., Indianapolis IN.
- The labels of this variant appear identical to Kind Of Blue with the differences being the pressing plant (Terre Haute) and the sleeve fabricator
