No skips and jumps here, though my turntable is pretty obsessively 'dialed in'. Vinyl a bit noisier than the 2023 Confield but still good.

Perfect pressing if you ask me. No skips and the records are flat and quiet and they sound awesome. Highly recommend -
Flawless mastering and pressing, one of AE:s best efforts balancing perfectly between their early IDM and far later NTS records, as always singular and way ahead of time

the amount of skipping on this is extremely disappointing. the other reissues i've listened to sound great but this is very hard to listen to. -

Fire album tho -
One of Autechre's best albums. The records sound perfect, but... At A1 and C1 (first tracks) the needle jumps endlessly. With a lot of tracking force from the tonearm, you can stabilize the run - but it's a lot of work. The records are very loud and unfortunately only suitable for heavy tonearms. Recommendation: Only buy from sellers who will exchange or take back records. Please check immediately after purchase. -
What a treasure this reissue is. The vinyl sounds great and I'm sure better than the original, they really did a nice job with this one. They obviously care a lot what it looks and sounds like.
