Two really entertaining nights that represent the end of the group in the Brett Mydland era. There are plenty of sound inconsistencies throughout, not neccessarily a perfect soundboard show but it is not terrible. Excellent setlists and really good playing shine here.

Really good group of shows. The encores will be included on Dave's Picks 41. Great performance and good audio recording as well. I have been listening to a lot of GD early 70's and this was a refreshing change

Edited 2 years agoLow-end is not very pronounced and to not include the second night encore seems a shame. Soundboards have been available for decades that sound pretty similar. Also prefer jewel case to digipak. Still some of the best performance quality and versions of Jack Straw, Desolation Row, Althea and Promised Land ever IMO. The GD hit a peak in 90. Still one of my all-time favorites but the release itself is not a 5, but a 4.
