DEFINITELY make sure to properly store this record. Like Taitemcg said this sleeve is very easy to damage. -
I agree with the other commenters regarding pressing quality- this thing sounds fantastic.
On the surface, I love the die-cut cover, but my god if you shelve your records and you don't have a plastic sleeve on it, it just *wants* to rip itself apart along the points in the X. -

Fantastic! Clean, flat and flawless pressing. Nice sound stage. It has a full, rich and expansive sound. I got mine from Amazon. This one was done right! -
What you have here is the perfect test record for your speakers, especially if you have a sub. The bass on "Fantasy" is unbelievable. "Stars" reaches some serious ocean-trench depths too. I didn't know my monitors could do... that. Not just the low end, it's excellent across the whole sound spectrum. Wow. -
Edited 6 years agoLove this pressing, what a great album! I had the copy from the 2017 version Young Turks (https://discogs.programascracks.com/The-XX-xx/release/9656791), and it was terrible, I tried two of them but gave up, just bought this one instead, and this is so much better! Very clean and the sonics..

Absolutely awesome press. This is a great album, I recommend it for those with eclectic taste in music, as it has quite a varied (yet complimentary) track listing. Suitable for pretty much any atmosphere: dinner parties, chilled Sundays, study etc. -
