Can anyone tell me the origin of the spoken word vocal sample discussing frequencies between 'So Easy' and 'Epple' please? I'm not sure if it's on the single of Epple, will have to dig it out.

The good half of the album is boring, without mooving ideas. Wasting of time. Apart from a few catchy songs this is typical all the entire lenght. Overrated. The fantastic melody of So easy is taken from Burt Bacharac's Blue on blue, so the best part of the album - isn't theirs. The Remind me is a good song and the Poor Leno - video is superb! Eple is the most melodic and progressive track

Very much looks like a "Love it of hate it" album judging by the reviews here.
I don't think every tune is "Superb" but on the other hand I don't think I'd find myself vomiting to any of them either.
Still a lot better than anything mainstream from the house of Simon Cowell et al these days though don't you think? -

Röyksopp's debut album Melody A.M. (2001) is fantastic. This album contains varying degrees of mellow, and Röyksopp knows exactly how to manipulate this mellow to create a masterpiece (sorry, couldn't help myself on the alliteration). Even for their more uptempo tracks they blend the drums and the synths perfectly to create a full sound that you can lay back in. The album carries itself forward seamlessly; it lays down a smooth electronic ambience and fills itself in with jazz-influenced bass lines and melodies. No wonder Nujabes included the track "Eple"on his excellent Ristorante Mixtape. "Remind Me" has also been stuck in my head for a couple of days now...
