Got this recently, but turns out I have disc 2 twice....if anyone has a lone disc 1 or you have two disc 1s and want to trade hit me up!

hey folks...I have a version of this album I don't see listed amongst the over 150 versions of this release. It's a test pressing that comes in two separate cardboard jackets, has blue vinyl instead of green and has the matrix numbers GR006 A/B and GR006 C/D. I bought someone's collection and this was one of the records in there. What is this version?

Mine is translucent, too, and sounds really fine. Flat pressing with very low surface noise, no ticks, no sibilance-problems.
I can´t understand why some contributers in the release History assume that it´s "shitty" or "cheap" or "poor Quality" 90ies vinyl. This is bullshit. I Think it happens by accident.
There are releases from the 70ies / 80ies partly pressed on translucent vinyl, and they sound as good (Joy Division, Einstürzende Neubauten) or better (MFSL on special JVC Vinyl)) as the solid blacks.
And there are lot of 90ies or 2000ies releases with poor Quality beeing NOT translucent, even if they´re just 120gr or 140gr of weight.

Edited 6 years agoMine is translucent also. Drove to my local Tower Records to buy this on its release date. If you have the means, I highly recommend purchasing this LP.

Edited 7 years agohow is this tagged as 'electro'? which track on the album is an example of 'electro' that warrants the whole album earning the tag 'electro'?

I love this album for the shear diversity of quality music and sense of humor. Who doesn't love "Sabotage"?
