The inner groove distortion is insane on my copy, 5 stars for the music but 1 star for the pressing

Absolute 1st rate RZA production, one of the first 'Wu' solo offshoots & a BANGER.

Choc full o nuts, bursting in fact; but the track that gets the rewind every single time without fail is 'KNUCKLEHEADZ'. That drone bass intro blows me away, you know something BIG's coming, then... BANG BANG BANG BANG!!! & the shit gets very real indeed as Raekwon & co spit their finest over RZA's direct, no messing, skippy, funky, nasty beats.

Its that good even just the old cop car siren marking the second phase of the track gives me goosebumps.

Makes you wanna go steal a television in broad daylight, sell it, buy some crack, get incarcerated for a few years, mess up the biggest guy in there, push some hard ass weights, get your term extended on bad behaviour, come out in 4 years, bang this one straight on the platter & go do it all again 😉

DISCLAIMER FOR THE PC BRIGADE: It's called humour, it helps with the daily pain of living in a world lacking in it. Go look it up...

This is without any doubt one of the best hip hop albums of all times. This pressing has plenty of bass which is great for this sort of music. Bought mine twenty years ago. This album does not have a single bad song on it. They are all timeless classics. This is REAL hip hop. [ Playing this using an Ortofon 2M Black cartridge ]

More hardcore than boom. really raw album that defines hardcore in 1 song.

A nice present to recapture the 1995 days into a modern day classic to reminisce about. To talk really and unite.

I love the whole Wu, all their debut solo efforts were timeless, IMO its a toss up between this and Liquid Swords
