Edited one year agoAlvvays is hit or miss for quality pressings. This pressing however, sounds great! Far superior than the European Transgressive pressing I had which had a bunch of distortion rendering it unlistenable. I bought this US pressing to replace it and I don’t regret it. It’s much more clearer dynamic. I recommend this pressing. -

Wow. What an improvement over even the highest fidelity digital version of this album. I read on here that some of the other pressings of this were not that great, but my copy of this specific version is totally silent and has an incredible soundstage, which is so important with shoegaze-y stuff like this that has so many effects on everything. Really, really great all around. -
A little bit of surface noise, but miles better than the blue pressing I had which was horribly muddled. Nice pressing! -
Fantastic pressing. Not one click, pop, or crackle. Also had the 2021 reissue of Antisocialites which I can’t say the same about...it was returned.

Besides a couple ticks it sounds great, one of my only records with absolutely no background noise
