Just to add, there is an autographed ORIGINAL copy out there somewhere, and it was signed/ruined by Brody Dahl or whatever her name is. She put a big love heart on there and wrote "Brody loves Joshua". She did it to piss me off because I called Joshua Josh apparently! "IT'S JOSH-UA!" He thought it was amusing at the time, but she was genuinely pissed at me, her mates felt sorry for me too, cos they could hear my concern when she signed it and I didn't want her to. I actually asked her to help me get it signed because I was about to get thrown out of the venue (Madame Jojos, Soho, London) as it was closing time...
