This is the best version of this LP that I`ve owned, mind you the other one is a OG that`s a VG-VG+ but doesn`t match up to this.
Side A is outstanding for the lowly price brand new,"Bridge Over Troubled Water" sounds sooo bad on my original that it`s almost unplayable. On this copy you can appreciate the track as a musical piece from the 70`s more."Keep The Customer Satisfied" WILL blow you away it`s FANTASTIC. I could go on side B just carries on from the 1st side will the same "high quality sound reproduction" throughout.
My copy IS flat with no real intrusive surface noise fits the spindle well and is centered correctly too. As for it being "coloured vinyl" because it`s not BLACK and those who have pointed this out as they are looking down their noses at it well - BLACK VINYL RECORDS ARE COLOURED(Shock Horror),get over yourselves. Let me just add this is one of the quietest reissues I`ve purchased in recent years!
Conclusion:
If you want to own and play this classic on vinyl because you may(or may not)believe this to be the best format, then you won`t go far wrong with this reissue, highly recommended five (easy) stars*****

Edited 2 years agoGood pressing (flat, no-pops).
Nice to own this since I am a S&G fan, but I am sure the 1970 original sounds more alive.
