Instead of releasing a proper vinyl version of Janet's Best Of compilation, this is what we got from Target. The pressing is also one of the worst in my collection. Extremely muffled and flat, and also lifeless.

I don't care that this album is only 1/3rd of the cd version. My problem is that Heavy D goes uncredited in the liner notes when he seems to be credited in the cd booklet. That's shitty. No complaints otherwise.

Physically a pretty release. But kind of average sounding. Also missing some huge hit singles that were actual number ones like Black Cat, Love Will Never Do, Again and career defining songs like If, Runway, I Get Lonely, and the new single Make Me.

Average mastering quality, nice packaging along with the red colored vinyl, but a disappointment in audio quality.

Great music, but bad press + mastered from CD. Stay away if you are into good sound quality.

I picked this up at target today and found that disc two was missing and instead had MY EVERYTHING by Ariana Grande. 3 copies later at the store and I finally got a refund because all of them were the same

With only 3 tracks per side, I was hoping for good sound quality. But this is the worst I have ever heard these songs sound. Pressing is flat and clean but this release should be a hard . Mine is going in the trash, Won't even give this away.

Sounds very ok. Not particularly noisy, mastering isn’t very deep-sounding and is a little bit tinny/muffled, but is able. Both my discs are warped but not enough to affect play. If you wanna get into Janet, this isn’t a bad place to start.

My first red album. I mean it was a solid play through. Not sure if it's my record player, but it sounds like I am listening to my radio. But it will do! More songs would have been nice.

Why are record labels so cheap sometimes? The full 34-track album can easily fit on 4 LPs, and it would make an amazing vinyl collector's piece and make fans ecstatic. Instead they do the barest minimum with an embarrassing truncated tracklist like this.
