Similar to release Gish, difference being completely different runout codes. Pressed by Memphis Record Pressing with plates done at GZ Media.
Included with the inner cardboard sleeve is an additional poly lined anti-static white paper sleeve. Vinyl shipped within the poly lined sleeve.
Due to the metallic effect of the rear cover, barcode track listing and other info are printed on an additional single sided sheet. No printed text/barcode appears on actual rear sleeve.
EMI is defunct as of 2012 and Sony/ATV Music Publishing (Sony Music) currently owns majority stake.

Picked this up at a local record store today, and wow, it sounds great. Very punchy and dynamic pressing. No surface noise at all, no pops, no clicks. Gatefold is also very cool. -
Really good pressing and solid EQ allows you to play this one loudly! Maybe pushed a bit too much on the kick drum but still has solid midrange. -

Edited 3 days agoSounds bright and punchy, shame the artwork is washed with purple and the image is no where as clear as the original artwork but still a great reissue with a gatefold sleeve.

Picked this up last year. I pulled it out again to listen to it and I agree with most of the comments. This pressing is very quiet, the album is very dynamic and punchy, and for a remaster, I've got to say that this is one of the best remasters of an album I've ever heard. Very happy with how it turned out. -
Edited one year agoWell I was holding out for an original or the 1994 UK repressing, primarily because of the cover art changes for the most recent release. I decided to give up that wait and picked this version up in my local shop today. Wish I had earlier. I know what the old album cover looks like. I did NOT know how PHENOMENAL this new pressing would sound. Truly stellar. Flat and silent. Booming and dynamic. The jacket and outer cover are top-tier as well. Just a fantastic release. -
Edited one year agoJust bought 1 from Denmark. Sounds and looks perfect. Great choice to use a proper inner sleeve and leave the detail hard one empty. Saved this one for sure -
This version is really, really good. Every instrument cuts through, very clear. The drums sound incredible. Def worth picking this up!
