Edited 3 years agoMy copy had 1 green marbled, 1 kinda transparent and 1 light orange disc. Looks like recycled vinyl with lots of small bits in the material, all semi-clear discs.
Sound is unfortunately pretty distorted and that's the biggest flaw. Sibilance is noticeable in some parts more than others. Also a bit too much surface noise for my liking. But it is pretty clear and dynamic.
The bonus tracks are nice to have on vinyl though, but not the best listening experience because of what mentioned above.
All in all a nice addition to my Mac collection, and probably worth it for the bonus songs I'd say. But I'd rather listen to the original Swimming songs on a official pressing.
Bought my copy from Global Groove in the UK for those wondering. -
Can anyone confirm the existence of this clear swimming press? Are they referring to the clear 3x lp swim forever as an official repress?
