Edited 4 months agoFor those of us who were not lucky enough to own the original Mission Box Set comp, we finally get 'Kiss the Bottle' on vinyl, and, well, it's arguably the greatest lyrical punk rock ever written (one of the BEST punk rock songs ever written), and a cornucopia of tremendous b-sides, demos, outtakes and that indescribable warm-aloofness and pretentious snarky sincerity Blake so beautifully exudes in all his incredible projects. Quite honestly, Jawbreaker is top 5 bands all time for me, nary a bad tune and holy shit! does this stuff hold up well. Stoic sadness and whiskey for everyone, uber alles Jawbreaker!
