i bought this in Amoeba in Berkeley and after finding out its unofficial, made me wonder how these made it through. Also made me wonder if the lawyers got involved. That being said, I agree with everyone else's reviews, decent pressing but lacks the dynamic sounds and textures that is in the album.

It sounds fine. That's honestly the whole review. If you're in the US and just want this on vinyl, it's a decent copy and there's no real defects, it just doesn't have any "wow" factor. I've definitely heard worse from official pressings (see: Explosions in the Sky's "All of a Sudden I Miss Everyone") so it's got that for going it at least. -

Where did you got these bootlegs? Really like to own a copy without paying these ridiculous prices for an original (300 euros, come on!) -
Bought this without knowing it was a boot. Sound quality is okay, listenable but definitely undynamic and digital sounding. However, I'm by no means an expert on how this album should sound as by this review you can tell I'm a very casual fan. Not that it's important but the first thing that struck me was how off the cover was, it's appears to just be two colors- black and red. Not gonna recommend this press as it sounds no better than a high quality MP3. -
How is the sound quality on this press? I was dumb and waited for a US distro of the official and I'm kicking myself for it now
