Edited 2 months agoFinally opened the shrink and gave this a spin. Wow! Perfect sound quality in every way. Of course a little quieter than 35-45 minutes album would be, but I had original '83 MFN pressing back in the day and it was the same. People complaining this being with too much highs and too little lows obviously haven't heard original pressing. This reissue kicks harder than OG with better SQ, so no need to search for OG you have to pay yourself to bankrupt. Oh and side B is louder than side A like it originally was.

Great pressing, dead quiet. No a fan of the remaster though. It sounds a bit too perfect, I was hoping for a more raw sound.

Bad sounding release. Not enough bass, too much highs all the way. Comparison with an MP3 of the last remaster shames the LP. Very disappointing.

Already purchased MoP 2016 remaster and had no problems with that release (5/5), so I decided to also get this one. The package was pretty much similar, jacket with sticker on front, single heavyweight LP with way too much music on each side, but still sounding excellent. code (which I don't usually find in releases and was in both albums) and nice insert with printed lyrics. The inner sleeve is poly-lined, which is all I was looking for. The record didn't have any marks or dirt on it, and also very little dust. Still gave it a wet cleaning to be sure, and it sounds wonderful.
P.S.: The difference between this one and the more selling one is the copyright writing on the bottom of the back of the jacket. Took me way too long to find it, so I hope I will save you time with this :)
