Edited 2 days agothis is such a great album, especially on vinyl.
unfortunately it looks like every copy has lots of surface noise, but it is still very listenable.
highly recommended to buy.
please dont buy for more than $30-$40 on Discogs, its $30 at most targets, and could save you shipping fees. -
The mastering on this record is great, but the glow in the dark color comes with noticable surface noise throughout the entire album
-
My copy has some awful static on the first couple minutes of each side, and a little noise throughout, but far from unlistenable.

There’s a ton of static on this one, but as stated the bass is AMAZING and the glow in the dark gimmick is fun. I’d suggest getting a normal pressing of this one if you’re after an actual listening experience.

Edited 2 years agostinky and pungent. not too dry and not too dank. the buds were soft and shiny and gave off an iridescent glow in my grinder. smell is similar to a blue-y strain and a cross between girl scout cookies and diesel. very mellow yet uplifting smoke, perfect for a top shelf hybrid. i can't wait to smoke this all in one sitting.
-
nice press. definitely some surface noise, but not awful. pressing is amazingly bass-y to match the music. i would recommend you get a normal press unless you really like the gimmick of the glow.
5/5 -
i can’t tell if i just don’t notice static that much on records, or i got a really good pressing because mine is pretty good! for a glow in the dark especially. i got it a few months ago for $25 at target, which is crazy because they’re going for a lot more then that when it seems like they’re still being pressed! anyways, i really like mine :)

Found and bought this version on a whim, but I wish I’d have checked here first. The noise on this pressing is BAD, probably the worst I’ve ever heard. It’s hard to enjoy the intimate songs when there’s persistent static.

So much static.... I wanted to love this because the glow in the dark fits the aesthetic but yeah. I'm getting another pressing that's not glow in the dark. It's just really bad during bad guy and during the intro/all those sort of things
