I just really wish that people would be able to get the REAL DEAL on what happened with Direct Current. Let me first say that this was a group of three women, Deborah (my mom), Dorothy & Denise Clement. Deals went wrong, and at the end of the day, they weren't really recognized for the work that they've done. To this day, their records continue to be sold; however, they aren't being recognized for it and it's really heartbreaking. Heartbreaking to see that they put in so much work to have it all taken away due to some losers that they've worked with in the past. They sang background with Patti Labelle, which no one really knows about, and it's a little said that even Mrs. Patti herself haven't given them any recognition. The music industry is sad! Anywho....I could go on forever. Who ever wants to hear the real story hit me up and I can patch you to my mother! We trying to get the word out though because what they did to them is just WRONG!
