Edited 6 years agoUnfairly dismissed back in 1991, this is better than bossanova in my opinion and a very close 3rd to surfer rosa. Sure, it lacks deal but what it lacks it makes up with zero filler all killer!

A massive over the top, loud album that Black had to make at some point. The true transition begins to a solo Frank Black on this album. It benefits as well from the presence of Feldman.
