Edited 3 years agoEssentially a great sounding vinyl, overall. I mean, I have no complaints aside from a handful of short instances where Mac's performance falls prey to some odd, static-laden bouts of distortion akin to a dodgy radio signal. They're strange, but infrequent enough not to overshadow the fact that there's plenty of clarity and definition to the mix. All the production nuances are laid bare and the outstanding bass production on this record sounds great on this pressing too. Personally speaking, I think Swimming is Mac Miller's crowning achievement, so owning it on vinyl is simply a no brainer. -

Edited 4 years agoNot great but not bad sounding for me. Things sound slightly muddy and Macs vocals feel recessed compared to CD quality stream on Tidal. Still worth buying if you want it on vinyl. RIP
