Edited 10 months agoMy favorite album for chilling... it may not be as epic and exciting as the first records but it's a great collection of melancholic, funny and relaxing tunes. Side B is a great run from start to finish!
Regarding recording's quality, it's the classic Gorillaz type of mastering: dynamic sound, crunchy bass... All mixed with that dirty vintage sound that in my opinion defines this work. -
This album is very chill and toned down, nice whitenoise. Wish it had more songs that stood out like Tranz -
Sounds pretty good! Not as good as my copies of Demon Days or Plastic Beach, but still very good - plus it was cheap -
this copy sounds great! I recommend adding it to the collection. I wish it was gatefold tho -
The Now Now is an instant classic that only grows old when it's not being played! The pressing is phenomenal, and I always recommend new collectors or anyone interested in Gorillaz to check this one out. 10/10 -
an album that just continues to grow on me with time, the now now is a fine record. standouts are tranz, souk eye, one percent, humility, and hollywood. it’s the kind of record i’d play if i was at the beach and it was raining. very stripped back and simplistic, but boy is it good. a great, great record -
Great album, great pressing, great quality. Highly recommend picking this one up on vinyl. -

My copy sounds pretty good, though I'm not sure if it's mastering or intended vocal distortion on a few tracks of side B. I'm very happy with this record.
