Edited 2 years agoA while back, I included a Japanese CD of the After the Hurricane compilation in hopes that one would turn up for sale. Well, I guess the release was planned, but it never actually materialized. What a shame. I had it deleted from this database. Apparently, BMG Japan had actually planned a domestic Japanese CD of Poodle Hat. Japanese song titles were even included on Amazon. But nothing ever came of it. (It's not one of Al's best, anyway.) And sadly, he's never had a release in Japan since 1999's The Saga Begins compilation.
