First is the listed track "Scavenger Type", followed by a silent age heading into track 17.3, which is a hidden bonus track with Fat Mike rehearsing the "Perfect Government" chorus, followed by El Hefe trying his line from "Punk Guy" with various cartoon character impersonations.

I just found my original Punk in Drublic cassette I bought the day it went on sale in summer of 94. I was 13 and just moved to Huntington Beach and had no friends there. Every day that summer I would play guitar, skate and listen to the amazing new NOFX & Rancid albums. By summer's end I said "Screw HB!!
