Mine has ILPS 9232 A-1 GGD 2 & ILPS 9232 B-1 GRG 3 (almost the same as variant 4, unless whoever posted it misread the D as a P)

Here we have a beautiful album by Roxy Music and sounds great. The sound is fresh, clean and crisp. This is a beauty of analog sound.

Edited 2 years agoIt's such a shame that the album never had Pyjamarama on it's B-side (I'm guessing between Bogus Man and Grey Lagoon) because otherwise this would be pitch perfect.
This pressing sounds pretty good overall, Bass is punchy and the vocals aren't too overpowering. Much of Phil's Guitarwork and Eno's VCS3 Synthesizer shines well through this. -

This is one of my top ten all time favorite albums. It gave me chills today when I listened to it just like the first time I did years ago, and it still will for years to come. In Every Dream Home a Heartache is one of my all time favorite songs.

The first three roxy music albums are pretty essential listening for any fans of 70's Rock. I have an affection for the second album , mainly for the side one closer "In every dream home a heartache " , one of the great spooky epics for me. With some twisted lyrics , great song . And the second side is a real grower . Worth investigating for all
