Please note the main differentiator between this, 1964 black label / silver text repress, and the 1963 repress which can be seen here, is the presence of the centre label text,

'SOLD IN U.K. SUBJECT TO
RESALE PRICE CONDITIONS,
SEE PRICE LISTS.'

This text began to appear in early 1964, before being phased out towards the end of 1969, on the center labels of the majority of UK market EMI product. It should not be used for precise dating purposes however, as it is known to appear in a legacy form on releases into the early '70s.

Please also note the following differentiators present on this variant's label.

1 - The perimeter rim copyright text beginning, 'THE PARLOPHONE CO. LTD', is in upper case.

2 - The label publishing text, 'Recording first published 1962', is in title case.

3 - The upper case 'T' in the 'GT.', in the label text 'MADE IN GT. BRITAIN'.

4 - The small 'Parlophone' logo at the top of the label.

5 - The 'L' in 'LTD' is aligned under the 'EC' in the publishing credit 'ARDMORE & BEECHWOOD LTD.'

There are a number of of other variants which are known to exist:
