This pressing is badass. Clean out of the inner sleeve. Gotta crank it though. It is mastered for a bit higher volume. I used my EQ on my receiver and this album opened the floodgates in punch! A+

Excellent sound. Bass recorded for this record is more midrangey than on the others, but doesn't sound thin. Great dynamics

Sounds excellent! I was concerned reading some reviews but sounds amazing on my system. I compared it directly to original master and sounds same source to my ears. Only critique is the color is lame and the artwork could be a bit better. Overall very happy with it.

Mine has more orange than bone. Happy that a good inner sleeve was included! A classic from my youth I'm happy to have in this format. Not sure about comments about lack of bass (guitar) but this was never a bass heavy album. Greg is coming through loud and clear in my opinion.(in that kind of trebley thrash metal kind "clicky" bass guitar of way).

Like some other reviews have said, this pressing sounds “thin” and very quiet, but once you EQ it and crank up the volume it sounds very good. Would still recommend this pressing.

In my opinion, NB did a great job with this reissue. Sounds pristine. Completely blew my expectations out of the water.

3* for the pressing. This is REALLY quiet and super thin. Bass is almost an afterthought.

I had to crank my preamp and max out my sub to get anything even close to “good” sounding. Pretty bummed.

I double-checked with a friend who got his the same day and he reported back the same.

I was worried that 50+ minutes of music being in one record would either sound very quiet or distorted, this pressing is thankfully neither! This pressing is near flawless, they learned from the first two, the cover is super high quality too!

IMO, this is still one of the best metal albums ever recorded. My copy sounds great.
