Sad, but true. I picked up a copy when it was released in 1992. Somehow never 'got it'...Sold it on... now I love it and don't have it :(

Put the A-side on it's - but don't overlook the b-sides as they work great in the mix and aren't as dated or known as "Observing..." -

Quality Dutch outfit Dyewitness with Hardcore from the old skool, the stand out track is 'Observing the Earth' the original mix been the best one by some distance.
This track was first played in 1992 and was played for many years in Hardcore clubs through the 1990's sometimes it was also played at 45rpm as Happy Hardcore DJ's put it into their 160bpm+ sets !
Although it did work OK at that speed it was still best played at 33rpm as it was intended, still not many tracks can say they were seriously played at both 33rpm and 45rpm on a 33rpm only track. :P -

"Observing the Earth" is, quite simply, THE best hoover track of all time, if you ask me. Packed full of energy and memorable riffs, this is pretty much a definitive example of early 90s European hardcore techno. It doesn't get any better than this. The rest of the EP is pretty good as well, in particular "Starship to Venus" is worth a listen. But they pale into insignificance next to the title track - if you have even a ing interest in old skool hardcore or techno you need this record!
