This is a wonderful laserdisc, clearly prepared with care and in 2016 still looks great. -
This is actually the "Re-mastered edition 1.2". There is also the original release, with identical catalogue number, booklet and tracklisting. However there is a different sticker on the cover, the VCD's don't show the "Version 1.2" text, and the matrix numbers are different:

Edited 20 years agoWhen I bought this video in the early 90's, I wasn't too sure what to expect. After all, I did (and still do) like some of Kate's musical output - yet this tape just didn't get played much. Reason for that was surely the really crappy and artsy-fartsy low budget shot-in-some-studio promo videos that seem to be haphazardly scattered across this release.
The music album itself is a fine collection of this woman's work but: with rare exceptions (such as "Cloudbusting" with Donald Sutherland in the role of "Daddy"), this tape is difficult to watch despite - on the latest viewing - Kate Bush, that cookie ballerina, being rather pleasant eye candy.
