overall very happy with this pressing. took some time to identify it from the smaller details but i think this one sounds nice.

No other version to compare to but to be honest my copy plays really well. Maybe I got lucky I don’t know. But nearly dead silent and beautifully flat straight out of the sleeve. While I do agree with other reviews that the mastering is a little too bright and the dynamics could be little bit better, it is still impressive given the length. the soundstage is incredibly wide and immersive with lots of detail to discover. You do have to crank it quite a bit but it sounds expansive and punchy with decent bass once you do. Very happy with it overall.

I appreciate the detail of this new “eco” edition. However, I must say that, when it comes to audio quality, its playback is quite poor—lifeless, soulless, and devoid of feeling. It’s very sad to say this, but an album like this deserves a different way to be enjoyed, and this edition is not the one.

What an incredible record. This pressing is almost completely quiet, with a wide dynamic range and nice EQ. It may get a bit harsh on some of the loud ages towards the center of the LP, but then again my set up is not exactly "audiophile". The packaging is just good enough especially for the price, and mine came with a poly-lined inner sleeve. "Warning Sign" is a sonic and musical highlight. That piano-led outro is just gorgeous. I highly recommend this pressing to anyone who wants Coldplay's best album on vinyl!

This is a great sounding vinyl dynamic and very good soundstage. My disk was pretty dirty as new. Took multiple kirmuss runs and humminguru to get it beautifully clean. I think there is no definitive pressing I have found. But this one does sound pretty excellent to me. My capitol vaults parachutes didn’t sound so good to me. Definitely prefer the OG.

Records came scuffed and lightly scratched but it plays pretty quiet. Sound quality of music is kind of bright and not very dynamic compared to other pressing I have. Not sure that’s ecovinyls fault. I think Moon Music sounds great. This isn’t horrible but it feels lacking and that is due more to the mastering I think.

Sound quality is at a very HIGH standard with this Beautiful album sounding full/warm,neutral and dynamic all at the same time. Side A track No2 "In My Place" especially at the start is nailed on perfect to test if you have a mint copy or if your system is optimal,it has a tonne load of symbols going on and if the reproduction is not "tizzy" - YOU`RE GOOD!
My copy is perfectly centered on the spindle so no wavering of the tonearm,vinyl is glass flat too with no surface noise.
"Oddly" my copy has the side A sticker on BOTH sides of the record(no side B like in the picture above here!)I wonder if this is a rare labeling error or if anyone else has the same thing?

Musically if you don`t know the album chances are you've heard at least 1 or 2 or the hits from it.
If you`re that rare individual who hasn`t you`ll be in for one of the best music related treats of your life(possibly).
This LP just flows naturally from track to track even on side B with less of the "hits" on,it`s simply SUBLIME.
For me it`s their best LP even besting "Parachutes" after this album personally lost a bit of interest,X&Y is probably worth a revisit by me though.

Final thoughts:
I would happily highly recommend this pressing to fans;of Alternative Rock,Pop,Rock,audiophiles and music lovers alike,this is an absolute steal for the price(even brand new),and if you`re lucky to get a perfect;y pressed copy you`ll be hard pushed to own a better sound record for reasonable money,five stars *****

just want to point out that the vinyl is slightly translucent. I could see the target light on my LP120 through the record. Is this normal for black ecorecords?

Also my copy sounds beautiful. I cleaned it before playing to remove the static. Very little surface noise.

This really needs a 2 LP deluxe reissue. The vinyl mastering is far better than what you hear on the brickwalled CD, but it still has a compressed sound from cramming 54 minutes of music onto a single record

One of the most impressive pressings I have in my collection. The fact that they managed to squeeze 54 minutes onto a single LP and still have it sound great is incredible. This was the first record I bought about 5 years ago, and it still sounds fantastic today.
