Thank "GOD" for this album! I first checked it out when my college radio station got a promo copy in the mid-90's. Looked & sounded cool from what little I got a chance to hear. Since it had just been released at that point, I figured I'd be able to pick one up at a record store. Well, no luck anywhere - even at the most indie outlets. Eight years later finally had luck on ebay. And this CD hasn't gotten any less scarce. I'm kind of surprised no one saw fit to reissue it.
What does it sound like? In short it's like an organic (real drums), textured, and more experimental version of Justin Broadrick's much better-known Godflesh. This recording honestly makes even the heaviest Swans stuff sound like shoegaze...
