They did a nice job with the reissue, the vinyl sounds good.

Flawless pressing and beautiful, does really look like a piece of Carrara marble.
Listening to this on vinyl for the first time I am surprised by the richness and depth of the sounds, even though it was made with such a limited amount of gear.

This could easily slot into the Artificial Intelligence Lp's Warp were putting out around the same time. Simplistic, soulful techno that nearly 30 years later is sill sounding progressive.

A brilliant album by Kirk, in that small group of wonderful electronic albums from the early 90's

This record has a deceptively light touch to it. The rhythms are understated, the melodies simple and delicate. Sequences that don’t really go anywhere just hang there, slowly strobing like a pulsar. No dancefloor hits or samples from popular films, just some dreamy atmospherics. It’s also one of those rare albums that take a little while to really sink in, but it’s worth taking the time. Immaculate production throughout, and obviously a labor of love, there aren’t too many like this around.

Mellow and futuristic, Kirk Degeorgio's first album under his As One moniker demonstrates his great promise. Although <i>Reflections</i> doesn't show the complexity that would mark his later work, it succeeds in conjuring vast landscapes -- "Moon Over the Moab" is particularly beautiful. His Detroit influences are on full display here -- "Shambala" makes this readily evident -- but here Kirk hasn't yet forged his own sound.
