Frumpy – Frumpy 2

Sound quality is not the best. The sleeve looks cheaply made, and there's no information about Lost Century Records anywhere, so this is most likely a CD-sourced bootleg.

Terrible pressing, bad sound. 100% is a CD rip, wav or mp3. Also comes very dirty and scratched on both sides from bad handle in factory

Got a sealed copy recently. Has anyone an issue with static white noise on two tracks?
Apparently it’s the same distortion like on the Apple Music files…

I can talk a lot about this long-awaited release of mine... I’ll say one thing. the one who wants it finds it. good luck to all seekers.

Bei meiner Ausfertigung war das Mittelloch zu eng und musste ich mit einem senker von beiden Seiten bearbeiten damit sie über den Dorn vom Plattenteller t. Das gleiche Problem hatte ich auch bei der Frumpy 1

Discovered this album in 2021. Unbelievably good music. Inga's voice is incredible. Without a doubt my album of the year. Fabulous.

This has a strong midrange to it that really is engaging. Vocals shine greatly here with detail and presence. The organs and giitars also have nice air to them.
The one aspect I dislike is the overall drum recession, perhaps employed to mitigate the bad cymbals. They really sound like shattering glass in bad resolution.
Otherwise there might have been some more thumping bass available with right techniques but in any case its a goid showing as a whole.
