An otherwise nice pressing ruined by nasty noise on the first track of both C & D sides. Really disappointing. This is the kind of pressing that makes me question why I buy vinyl. -

Mine has the same noise on Telescope. Is there a pressing without that imperfection?

s is another excellent record from DAWES. Sadly there is a small burst (of what sounds like) non-fill at the beginning of Telescope. Otherwise this a well produced (Jonathon Wilson), well mastered record. Other than the non-fill issue on Telescope, this is a great sounding record.

First spin and I also have some noise during the first section of Telescope.

Mine has the huge once-per-revolution noise on Telescope, but not the opening track of Side D. Frustrating. -
My copy came out of the shrink with egregious noise through the opening tracks of sides C and D, which is terrible because Telescope is the best track on the record. Not sure if this is a mishandling from the plant or if there's a pressing issue. Has anyone had this on their copy?
