Edited one year agoWish Secret Desire vocal was on the extended SIASG issue. The instrumental version just doesn’t do it for me. Don’t really get on the issues where the vocal is sharing A side with SIASG either. The B side tunes on that would end up redundant. PlayStation#2 and UsOurs (whatever) are weak IMO, especially looking at other tracks from either FConsumer and PACK that could of been picked. -
Excellent vocoder electro (slow) tracks. Originally from 1998 but still sounds fresh. Excellent pressing. I cannot tell the different from the other version. Note that the other other version does not have a trident in the label drawing.

I'm very interested in this sound and its resurgence in artists such as Gesloten Cirkel. Can anyone else recommend some similar material? As usual the discogs recommended algorithm is not really working. -

Really surprised no ones reviewed this classic. It's raw proper electro and harsh as anything, but such a good record.
I can't believe it's over 10 years old as it beats most of the nu-electro around at the moment. Well worth checking if you're into the likes of Dave Clarke, Weatherall, CBS etc (but I suppose if you were into the above you'd know all about this great record already), anyway, the beats are crisp, the riffs are dead sharp and it's an abrasive slice of future music... I love it. -
Edited 18 years agoI-F should have be given an oscar for this release. Four outstanding releases, as minimalistic "Playstation #2" and uplifting "Secret Desire". However i guess my favourite will forever be "Space Invaders Are Smoking Grass". Classic lyrics and robot vocals, and remarkable laser-electro riffs throghout the song. Space Invaders Are Smoking Grass indeed; Why shouldn't they?
