Isn't it about time you guys at Discogs lifted this nonsense block for this release? It's getting pretty ridiculous -
Mine copies were damaged by water. But you still can wear tee and play records. No pictures. You're getting a cat in the bag.

Genocide Organ being banned for sale is fucking ludicrous. When daft individuals cannot decipher between hate speech and free speech we have an issue in society and have given power to hate speech by recognizing its strength in manipulating morons. GO conduct themselves in a manner meant to challenge our moral norms and uncover uncomfortable truths about society that we either ignore or define ourselves as being against. The political incorrectness is ironically a defense of free speech and not an endorsement of fascist or racist politics (which in GO's context is wishy-washy at best anyway). If you are looking for true fascist hate, look no further than the American government, multi-national corporations and worldwide religion...and I don't see them banned from discogs.

Incredibly dark, heavy, nihilist masterpiece. I'm generally not a huge fan of Power Electronics, but this transcends the genre in many ways. This noise is much more buried in effects than most, adding to the creepy atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone who likes noisy/heavy/dark music of any kind. If Power Electronics has a Dark Side of the Moon, this is certainly a contender. 5/5 -

As expected, this is not just a cheap recycling move,
but a nicely packaged memory, looking back at a couple
of decades of Genocide Organ.
I for one am impressed and therefore very happy with
the sound quality of this double CD. While it is still
live tracks, in the case of Genocide Organ it mostly
doesn't matter too much. ;) The remastering is bliss,
and the availability of all this music is, to me, a
sign of respect towards the GO base. (I guess I'm
not the only one hesitating to spend so much money
on the original LP's).
As for the tracks, nothing new to those people aware
of this intriguing project.
Summarizing: a well-produced, clear and enjoyable
overview of the GO discography, as brought live at
various locations all over Europe. Also, buy it. :) -
Edited 13 years agoThis is probably one of the most powerful PE records I've ever heard. Tracks like "Burn", "John Birch Society" and "White Power Forces" sound way better (and more brutal) as live-versions on this record than on their original records. Could very well be THE best power electronics record of all time - a must in every PE collection.
