Dreamteam Productions

Profile:

Shortly after ID&T was founded back in 1992, the company decided to give the successful Dreamteam their own label after their immensely popular live appearances. This led to the first music label from ID&T Music, which was meant for productions of "The Dreamteam" only; DJ Buzz Fuzz, The Prophet, DJ Dano & DJ Gizmo. It started in the beginning of 1993.

ID&T did their own marketing, design and publishing. Publishing was done in collaboration with Ratel Music. Also ID&T Music was founded for German distributing, marketing and licensing to other companies such as "Streetheat Music". Mid-Town Rotterdam provided the worldwide distrubutions of all ID&T releases. When the label started it used a "DREAM" catalogue first, but after 8 releases they changed the catalogue into "DTP". Eventually ID&T stopped releasing on the label in 1997 when the hardcore hype was over. Defunct since then.

An interesting piece of information taken from a Buzz Fuzz interview conducted in mid 1997.

Wat kunnen we binnenkort allemaal gaan verwachten?

Een nieuw label: Dreamteam Projects. Elke release zal worden gemaakt door leden van het Dreamteam, samen met andere producers. Op de eerste, 'Born To Fuck Your Wife', doet Rob Gee mee. Er komt ook weer een nieuwe Dreamteam-cd aan. Er staan weer drie tracks op van ieder lid, plus een opname van een live-optreden uit 1992 wat we toen toevallig opgenomen hadden, en wat nog nooit uitgebracht is.

A new label: Dreamteam Projects. Each release will be made by of the Dream Team, together with other producers. On the first, 'Born To Fuck Your Wife', Rob Gee participates. There is also a new Dreamteam CD on the way. There are three tracks from each member, plus a recording of a live performance from 1992 that we happened to have recorded at the time, and which has never been released.

Can any one tell me if DTP 7 ever came out?
