"Anonymous" pirate CD manufacturer (active in Russia/CIS and Eastern Europe) from late '90s. Used matrix pattern beginning with "IR" and followed by an abbreviation of artist and/or release name + 4 or 5 digit number.
The booklet is typically just a 4-page with printed outside and blank centerfold, on flimsy paper. Back cover is for use with black tray (printed on one side only). Artwork for packaging and print on CD are usually copied from existing European or American releases.
This manufacturer was a stand out in a way that they used artist/release name in abbreviation after their "signature" IM, for example:
Dio (2) - Holy Diver => IR DIO0402, with full artist name (DIO) included
