Until the dissolution of the USSR in 1991 the label was active under the cooperative of Александр Кутиков who ed it officially in the Russian Federation in August 1992. Since then up to this day it acts indepentently on its own. In Soviet times Sintez Records worked closely with RiTonis in the now independent Latvia. Related to Синтез.
