In 1931, after a series of mergers, it came under istration of Industrias Eléctricas Y Musicales Odeón S.R.L. in 1936.

Earliest releases would read as "Exclusividad Max Glucksmann, Buenos Aires", and from Nov. 1919 onwards "Manufacturado Exclusivamente Para Max Glucksmann Por la Primera Fabrica Nacional de Discos de la Republica Argentina", eventually becoming "Manufacturado Exclusivamente Para Max Glucksmann Por The Argentine Talking Machine Works Buenos Aires"
