CD, DVD and recordable media manufacturer. Originally from Belgium, the company also had plants in the Netherlands, and . it also owned MC&CD, a manufacturer with plants in Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania and Yugoslavia.
The plant in was originally called TSI but became Care4Data Services in 2001.

Care4Data Group announced its bankruptcy in December 2004, and in February 2005 its operations in Belgium, the Netherlands, , and were acquired by Mediamotion. Various Care4Data companies were renamed Mediamotion C4D.
