Norfolk, Virginia bootleg label active from 1970 to 1977, owned by David D. Contra Band Music's operations eventually moved from Norfolk to Denver, CO. The FBI shut them down in '76, but they continued to produce records well into 1977. The label is also known as CBM.

Contra Band Music also issued records under pseudonyms King Kong Records, Wisconsin Cheese Records and Instant Analysis.

The label was brought back to life in 1998 to release nine Rolling Stones titles on CD, beginning with Sweet Black Angel.
