American recording and mastering studio located in Burbank, California (aka United Sound Recorders) founded by Glen Glancy in 1969. Glancy was also the studio manager and chief engineer. Jim Auchterlonie was VP and Sales Manager.
There were four owners - Phonopress Inc..

The facility, having been expanded with an LP jacket and manufacturing plant, was purchased in 1977 by an investment group represented by Kreel Kofford and Glade Merkley, and the name changed to KM Records Inc..

As the company grew, the seemed to expand into the next or nearby buildings. Other addresses seen are: 1805 W. Magnolia Blvd.
