UK label run by James Plummer (2) releasing bootlegs of the 60-70 folk / psychedelic / rock movement. The label has since changed names several times.

This label attempted to hide their identity and origin, but eventually came unstuck. The label was always classed as US imports by Coloured Rain from . Another decoy? Or web misinformation?

Some more information: Hendrix Estate Crushes Radioactive Records and James Plummer in the High Court of the UK! News from 2006 -
http://bonafiderecords.blogspot.co.at/2006/05/hendrix-estate-crushes-radioactive.html - this reveals that Radioactive, Fallout and Phoenix Records (2) are all the same company.

Latter-day releases in the Radioactive family of labels often feature the following disclaimer in the liner notes:

"Due to the obscurity of releases on this label, we are occasionally unable to locate the owner of the master recordings. As we have no desire to deprive owners of their royalties, we have created an escrow in the hopes that the rightful owners will see these releases and us. This approach is far from desirable but this is the only way we can bring this music to a wider audience. Thank you for your understanding in this matter."

This is followed by an email address, supposedly for rights holders to the label(s). Known addresses used for this purpose include [email protected].

Evidence is that all Radioactive releases should be regarded as unofficial.
