Pathé Frères Phonograph Co.

US record company, established in 1914.
It was an of the French CGPC (Compagnie Générale des Établissements Pathé Frères Phonographes & Cinématographes), known from the Pathé label.

In 1922 the company went bankrupt and was relaunched as Pathé Phonograph & Radio Corporation. That company eventually merged into the American Recording Corporation (aka American Record Corporation) in 1929.
