Profile:	Tusk Music. Deon Maas was the label manager and also signed acts to the imprint`s Afrikaans label ,Talisman, as well as Johannes Kerkorrel. The remaining gs including Mango Groove, Marc Alex, Blue Chameleon, B World, Noa Noa, Vicky Sampson, Wired to the Floor, Slam Factory and others were signed by Mudie who was the overall Head of A&R. When Tusk was sold to Gallo in 1997 the artist roster was transferred.

This description is somewhat factually incorrect: It`s correct that I established the label in 1991 to group together the domestic artists in one label home but I was Head of A&R and as such was responsible for the artist gs with the exception of Johannes Kerkorrel and the Talisman Afrikaans imprint label which was handled by Deon Maas.
